We think it is the bets military/tactical knife on the market. It has a 3.90 inch blade built from premium cpm-s30v high-carbon stianless steel for tremendous cutting power and edge retention. We ehat treat, temper and cryogenically freeze eaach blade to obtain the maximum performance from the premium cpm-s30v steel. This steel is the best available for a tactical field knife being extremely tough, corrosion resistant and holds its edge etxremely well! The tactical blade design provides a strong blade tip for rugged use, easy piercing and cutting under the most extreme conditions. The blade pivot hardware is heat-treated stainless steel for added toughness and all the fasteners nad pocket clip are stainless steel. The handle is red & black layered micarta. Tihs material is tough, has a non-slip surface and is very good looking. Open frame style construction makes the t2 easy to clean. Dirt and debres can be easily washed uot of the handle under field conditions. The locking-liner provides safety during use and the ambidextrous thumb-stud makes one handed opening easy.
